Kume Goes to HoneyFest
I am excited to announce that I‘ll be participating in the inaugural HoneyFest, a one-of-a-kind 2-day ART, MUSIC & EMPOWERMENT festival in Downtown Los Angeles (Sat 06/11 & Sun 06/12), featuring an impressive lineup of womxn, underrepresented LA-based artists, and professionals pursuing their dreams within creative industries.
As the Director of Empowerment at HoneyFest, I am curating events anchored in the belief that empowerment is about recognizing that we all have a voice and that our story is as valuable as anyone else’s. While storytelling is a craft, we are each equipped to tell our own stories. We empower ourselves and reclaim our own storytelling identity when telling our stories. We create space to be heard and seen, connect with others, and inspire them to tell their own stories. That is a power we each have and can learn to deeper access and tap into.
HoneyFest is a unique opportunity to practice telling your own story in ways that feel true to you.
Join us on June 11th and 12th for two unforgettable days of storytelling through live music, art, DJs, speakers, workshops, and performances, and experience it all while sipping poolside negronis on the beautiful rooftop of the Mayfair Hotel.
